We do not ask for special categories of personal data. Completing the form is voluntary. If you do not complete it, we cannot answer your question.
We do not take decisions about you based on automated processing.
Who we pass data on to
We do not sell your data. We use suppliers that process data on our behalf, in these categories.
- Hosting and delivery of the website.
- Storage and processing of form submissions.
- Sending email.
- Our meeting scheduler and our client system.
- Statistics about website use, only after your consent.
They may only use the data for the assignment we give them.
In addition, we share data with our advisers or accountant where necessary, and with authorities where the law requires it.
Some of these parties process data outside the European Economic Area. This takes place on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep data
We do not keep data longer than is necessary for the purpose for which we received it.
- An enquiry that does not lead to an engagement is kept until twelve months after the last contact.
- Client data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and thereafter for as long as we need it for warranty, support and evidence.
- For our administration the statutory retention period of seven years applies.
- Statistics about website visits are kept for fourteen months.
Cookies
This website places functional cookies that are needed to make the site work. We only place statistics cookies after you give consent for them. Which cookies we use and how to change your choice is set out in our cookie policy.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or have it deleted. You can have the processing restricted, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and request your data in a commonly used file format. You can withdraw consent at any time, without consequences for the period before that.
