Who we are
We implement software for operations, logistics and finance, and guide IT projects for organisations in trade and services. From selection to go-live, with a scope that is fixed before we start.
What we stand for
Operion Group is based at Rietveldenweg 12A in 's-Hertogenbosch and works for organisations in logistics, wholesale and business services. Our role is always on the client side: we represent your interest in the project, including when we work alongside the supplier of the system.
We do not believe in large programmes with many documents and little progress. We work in fixed phases, with explicit choices, a defined scope and additional work only after approval. Adoption is part of the assignment: an implementation has only succeeded once people genuinely use the system.

The one who makes sure the system is properly set up before go-live. Hazem leads test cycles, validates configurations and ensures nothing is left to chance at launch.

Managing Director
Oversees every engagement from first conversation to go-live. Paul makes sure direction is clear, the right people are in place and results land as agreed. Your senior point of contact throughout.
